- Mobicart Gadgets offers free shipping within Kampala for goods worth UGX 2,000,000 and above for packages that can be ferried on motorbikes.
- Goods worth less than UGX 2,000,000 shillings will be charged a fee which is less than UGX 10,000 depending on the location.
- For Orders outside Kampala, Contact us for shipping estimates from our shipping partners.
- For fragile and delicate products, we advise our client to have insurance on the product when on transit.
- Orders received before 4pm will be discharged the same day while orders placed later than 4pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders placed from outside of Kampala the client has a right to choose payment on order or payment or delivery mode.
- Orders that requires sourcing from distributors will be dispatched within 2 hours from the time of placing the order.
